Seedy Health Bread

This bread is hearty, healthy, high in Omega-3s, fiber + is very good for your heart! 💛
I like to drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top because I like to keep my heart on its toes. It is also good served with scrambled eggs for breakfast, or turned into an avocado toast, maybe even a little peanut butter and bananas!
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 cup ground flax seeds
• 1 cup almonds (whole or chopped)
• 1 3/4 cup oats
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 3 tbsp psyllium husks
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 3/4 cup water
• 3 tbsp avocado oil
• whatever toppings you want!
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F.
Mix together the dry ingredients - sunflower seeds, flax, almonds, oats, chia seeds, walnuts, psyllium husks, salt.
Add oil to water.
Pour oil & water mixture to dry ingredients, mix together and flatten.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Add any toppings you wish - butter, syrup, honey, avocado, eggs, etc!!
