Craving fresh baked loaf of bread with butter?? But can't have gluten & most gluten-free bread is wildly disappointing? Give this recipe a try to satisfy your tastebuds.

**This recipe has been adjusted for high altitude baking in Denver.

Ingredients:
- 3 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
- 1 packet (about 2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in the warm water. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, or until frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter.
4. Add the yeast mixture to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the flour mixture. Stir until well combined and a dough forms. The dough will be sticky.
6. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or use parchment paper and transfer the dough into the pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
7. Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
8. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
9. Once the dough has risen, place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
10. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Enjoy your homemade bread!
