Here's what you'll need:
2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
2 tbsp dried minced onion
2 tbsp dried minced garlic
Directions:
Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together the Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
Mix wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, egg, honey & apple cider vinegar.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The dough will be slightly sticky.
Form the bagels. Divide the dough into 4-6 equal portions, depending on how large you want your bagels. Roll each portion into a ball and then shape it into a ring, creating a hole in the center. Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
Prepare the everything topping. In a small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced onion & dried minced garlic.
Top the bagels. Brush the top of each bagel with water and then sprinkle the everything topping mixture over them, pressing it down gently to adhere.
Bake. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown.
Enjoy your homemade gluten-free everything bagels! Serve with cream cheese or turn into a breakfast sandwich!
